The airport is open from 5.30 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. all days
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry Information Desk is at the centre of the terminal building (aeronautical information, passenger information, objects found, announcements, etc.)
Business Aviation
Reception and handling of business flights is provided by Chamber of Commerce and Industry receptionists: shuttle service, contact with public services, passenger routing, collection of aeronautical fees, personalised reception (information and quotations on 04.67.20.86.60).
Objects found:
Any object lost in the aeroplane can be claimed from the airline:
- Air France: 04 67 22 69 39
- Ryanair: 06 32 26 26 92
Any object lost in the terminal building or near the terminal building can be claimed from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry information desk: 04 67 20 85 00
Persons with restricted mobility:
- 31 parking spaces, including 12 equipped with the handipark system, accessible for users owning the remote control unit. P2 = 6 spaces equipped out of 12; P3 = 2 spaces equipped out of 4; P4 = 4 spaces equipped out of 15.
- Lifts to reach the upper floors of the various buildings.
- Toilets.
- Telephone kiosks.
To obtain emergency medical treatment, go to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry information desk.
The nursery is in the basement of the arrivals hall.
The letter box is between the departure and arrival hall, opposite the Midi-Libre travel agency and the information desk.
The cash dispensers are in the arrivals hall next to the information desk.
WIFI service :
WIFI service enables you to use the time spent in our airport by offering you services of assistance in free access as well as an access to Internet and your corporate network. Thus, you can freely consult your mailbox, reach your service Intranet (if the corporate network allows it) or surf on the Web.
The zones of cover of this service are the departures and arrivals halls, the bars and restaurant, the departure lounges and the business center.
To use this service, you have 3 possibilities :
- Access by prepaid card, on sale at Relay and at the information desk of the General aviation
- Access by bank card home-bankings, directly on gate WIFI
- Access by your mobile account if your operator has an agreement of roaming with HUB Télécom
