Our recruitment process includes two interviews, with the business line manager and HR. These interviews can take place on-site or remotely, and may be followed by tests and/or a visit to the facilities.
After the interviews, we do our utmost to get back to each candidate quickly and remain available for individual feedback.
Once you have been selected, after a warm and personalised welcome, your integration programme will last several months. You will meet all the company's departments and will be trained in the 'habits and customs' of our airport.
You'll quickly get to know your colleagues through the quarterly staff meetings and the regular social events organised.
